Plain Sintered Square Weave Mesh is produced by sintering one or multiple layers of plain-woven wire mesh under high temperature and vacuum conditions. The sintering process bonds all wire contact points permanently, creating a strong, non-fraying, and stable structure with precise pore size control. This type of sintered mesh features high permeability, excellent mechanical strength, and uniform filtration performance, making it ideal for coarse to medium filtration applications.
