- 1. Raw Material Control
Quality begins with the selection of superior raw materials. We source only from reputable and certified suppliers. Every batch of raw materials is subjected to strict incoming inspections, including performance testing, chemical composition analysis, and visual assessment, to ensure conformity with our technical specifications.



- 2. In-Process Quality Control
During production, critical parameters such as tensile strength, dimensional accuracy, mesh uniformity, and surface finish are continuously monitored. Our technicians conduct both manual inspections and automated testing to ensure that each stage of production maintains full compliance with technical standards.



- 3. Equipment Calibration & Maintenance
To guarantee accurate and consistent measurements, we regularly calibrate all testing instruments and manufacturing equipment. Preventive maintenance schedules are strictly followed to minimize equipment failure and ensure optimal performance in all production stages.

Our warehouse is divided into clearly labeled zones for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. A smart inventory management system enables efficient stock tracking and ensures quick order processing—particularly for urgent deliveries. Proper environmental conditions are maintained to preserve product quality during storage.



- 5. Final Inspection & Quality Assurance
Before shipment, every product undergoes a final inspection by our quality assurance team. Advanced instruments are used to verify compliance with all specifications, and any non-conforming items are immediately removed. Only products that pass our strict QA checks are allowed to leave the factory.



- 6. Packaging & Labeling
Products are packed using protective materials such as plastic film or kraft paper, depending on specific product requirements and shipping conditions. All packages are clearly labeled with product codes, batch numbers, and quality inspection marks to ensure traceability and prevent mix-ups during handling and transportation.
