Single Layer Sintered Mesh is a precision metal filter medium made from a single sheet of woven wire mesh that has undergone a high-temperature sintering process. During sintering, the mesh is uniformly calendered and heated under controlled atmosphere to bond the wires firmly at their contact points. This process stabilizes the mesh structure, enhances its rigidity, and prevents wire movement or fraying during use. Compared with conventional woven mesh, it provides improved mechanical stability and consistent pore size for reliable filtration performance.
